Hello, Can you please tell me the serial number on the back and the firmware version on the Kestrel? You can tell the firmware version when you turn it on. It will appear on the splash screen in the form of Iss. 4.xx. Once I know those, I can assist further with how we should proceed. Regards, Joe Racosky jracosky@nkhome.com
