Thank you for your interest in developing a product, application, or service with Bluetooth® connectivity to the Kestrel® family of weather and environmental instruments. In order for us to provide you with our complete communications protocol documentation, please complete the following Technology Use Application and accept our Technology Terms of Use. Permitted Use

Please describe the product(s), application(s) or software which will use the Kestrel Communications Protocol to connect with the Kestrel devices the purpose of the connectivity, including the Kestrel measurements to be acquired and used.

“I am completing this Technology Use Application on behalf of the company named in this Application, whom I have authority to bind, or, if no company is identified, myself (together, "We"). We have requested access to certain proprietary and confidential information of Nielsen-Kellerman Co. and its affiliates ("NK" and "NK Information"). As an inducement to NK to provide access to NK Information, we agree not to share such information with anyone except to the extent necessary for the Permitted Use stated in this Application and to use it only for such purpose. We acknowledge that our use of NK information is subject to the NK Technology Terms of Use , which we have reviewed and agree to abide by."
