Kestrel Meters in Nifty Shades of Green

Greenery is the 2017 Color of the Year
Pantone is a standardized color matching system used for printing purposes and in graphic design. The 2017 Pantone color of the year was recently announced and the winner is "Greenery". What is the PANTONE Color of the Year? "A symbolic color selection; a color snapshot of what we see taking place in our global culture that serves as an expression of a mood and an attitude."
In response, we’re celebrating our favorite shades of "greenery" in the Kestrel meter family -- the Kestrel 2000 Pocket Wind Meter, the Kestrel 5200 Professional Environmental Meter, and the Kestrel Agriculture line of environmental monitoring tools.
Pantone describes "greenery" as a "warm and zesty yellow-green shade" that reminds us "of the pursuit of personal passions … that speaks to our desire to express, explore, experiment and reinvent." They go on to say that Greenery "gives us the self-assurance and boldness to live life on our own terms, redefining what makes us successful and happy." Well put, Pantone! We agree. Our customers who use the green Kestrels for work or play certainly do a fair share of experimenting and exploring. Cheers to that!
