Kestrel Instruments Support & FAQs

Hello, Can you please tell me a little more of the issues you are having? Which product are you talking about and can you send me the serial numbers? Has anything changed since last week, for example a firmware update, the application updated or phone OS updated since then? I'm assuming you are talking about the Kestrel LiNK app as well? Do they appear on the screen to connect? Are you trying to pair them directly to your phone? And what type of phone are you using. Any additional information would help trying to get this resolved.
