Why is hard to connect with drop D2AG. Have to restart the bluetooth quite few time, totally different with the previous. Thank

Hello, Can you please send me the serial number of the unit? Also what device are you trying to connect to? You should't have to restart the Bluetooth that much so I am wondering if there is a issue with that DROP. Is this the same setup as you were using with a different DROP that worked better?
